Welcome to CIDI 2025

The CIDI 2025 - 12th Information Design International Conference and for CONGIC 2025 - 12th Information Design Student Conference are being organised by the Brazilian Information Design Society - SBDI and the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism and Design of the University of São Paulo, in partnership with Mackenzie Presbyterian University.

This edition will be held in person and will take place between 15th and 19th September 2025.

These scientific and biennial events aim to discuss and reflect on Brazilian and international information design. They will address the following tracks in information design:

• Communication and media
• Education
• History and graphic memory
• Health
• Society
• Information Visualisation

In previous conferences (Recife, 2003; São Paulo, 2005; Curitiba, 2007; Rio de Janeiro, 2009; Florianópolis, 2011; Recife, 2013; Brasília, 2015; Natal, 2017; Belo Horizonte, 2019; Curitiba, 2021 and Caruaru, 2023) several leading researchers in Information Design and related areas have presented lectures, click to see the speakers from previous editions..
